Carhartt and ’47 Partner to Celebrate Hardworking Fans with Outwork x Outroot Collaboration
Collaboration to Launch During 2017 Major League Baseball Season

BOSTON – (April 5, 2017) ’47, a privately-held sports lifestyle brand, today announced a three-year partnership with Carhartt, America’s premium workwear brand since 1889, to celebrate the unbreakable bond that exists between hardworking fans and their hometown teams. Year one of the Carhartt and ’47 OUTWORK x OUTROOT collaboration features gear exclusively centered on the Boston Red Sox and the Detroit Tigers.

The Carhartt and ’47 OUTWORK x OUTROOT collaboration launches April 7, during the Tigers’ home opener: the first of a four-game series against the Boston Red Sox. The headwear and apparel combines elements of the most recognizable workwear on earth with iconic team insignias of the Tigers and Red Sox.
